Enjoy the rejuvenating power of mindful movement and conscious community as we practice Qoya.
Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also reference the types of movement practiced in a Qoya class–
“I have attended many of the nature wanders and full moon hikes led by these beautiful spiritual teachers, Jennifer and Maria. The events are joyful and inspiring, combining connection to others and nature with spiritual practices, rituals and mindful movement. I love to be in the woods with these women because the sacred and safe space they create is truly unique and powerfully moving. The magic and presence of spirit is palpable when a group of like-minded people are led in reverence to the Earth.
