Qoya - Women's Mindful Movement
Qoya: Manifesting from the HeartSaturday, August 2210:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.On Zoom We spend so much time in our mind space. How much more powerfully could we manifest the life we want to live and the world we want to live in if we approached it from our heart space? What is your relationship to manifesting from your heart? Allow movement and community to help you explore! Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember. Have you taken time to play lately? Do you know how good it is for your mind, body & spirit? Let’s release our worries, be silly and dance a little…outside, in the dark, with glow sticks…oh yeah!
Qoya is a mindful movement practice that helps us remember our essence as Wise, Wild & Free. It combines free movement, internal exploration and supportive community that helps us learn to access our inner wisdom through our bodies. Anyone can do Qoya because there is no way to do it wrong!
Qoya supports our feminine energy, which is great for guys too! All are welcome.
