Qoya at The Crystal Garden

Qoya: Nourish Your Roots
Sunday, September 12
6:30-7:30 p.m.
The Crystal Garden, Evergreen CO

As we move out of the bold brightness of Summer, the cooler, more contemplative season of Autumn beckons us to slow down and take stock of our roots. In what energies would you like to ground yourself at this time? How do you nourish your own roots? Let’s explore through Qoya mindful movement!

Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also reference the types of movement practiced in a Qoya class–
Wise: the wisdom of slowing down and linking movement with breath
Wild: the creative expression of free dance
Free: expanding your capacity to enjoy your body through pleasurable movement

All levels welcome and no experience necessary. There’s no way to do Qoya wrong. The way you know you’re doing it right is that it feels true to you. Qoya is a portal to your inner knowing, medicine for the soul, and it offers the invitation to connect with others in a safe and sacred space.

Join us to move with the energy of the earth in the beautifully charged space at The Crystal Garden on Main Street in Evergreen. There will be a few minutes to shop after class!

Cost of class: $20, cash preferred. Space is limited, so please call The Crystal Garden, 303-862-5723, to reserve your spot.
