Embodiment

Embodiment Offerings

Movement is medicine that feels good. A portal to your inner knowing. A way to feel freedom in your body, mind and spirit.

Try a Qoya or yoga class!

Qoya – Mindful Movement

How would it feel to move your body instinctively with no regard to how it looks? To access your intuition by tuning into how your body feels? To have the opportunity to authentically share in a supportive circle that honors the feminine.

Qoya is that powerful! Yet, it is so simple. Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Part sacred circle, part free dance movement, Qoya is nectar for the thirsty soul. No experience needed and all bodies are welcome.

Qoya Thursdays, 10:30 a.m. – noon at Taspen’s Yoga, Music & Healing Center in Conifer. Pre-register.

Yoga for Everyone

Welcome to your yoga class…the one where your body and spirit dictate your expression. My job is to support your safety, not to push you into “perfect” poses. Your job is to come as you are. We work together to welcome sacred space, breathe deeply and let go, and explore movement as a metaphor for life!

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga  Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Studio B Evergreen. Pre-register.

“My life needed something new, so I went to Jennifer’s Qoya class. Nervously worried about how silly I might look or how stiff my body had become, I listened to Jennifer’s guidance on being wise, wild and free. During one of the songs, I envisioned myself floating on cotton candy clouds with energy swirling around me as I felt at peace, and my heart became light. Free to be me. Free to connect with Mother Earth and Mother Nature. Free to explore who I want to be. Free to just simply be. That is what Qoya means to me.”
