How would it feel to dance instinctively in a supportive circle? To access your intuition by tuning into how your body feels? Qoya is that powerful! Yet, it is so simple. Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember our essence is wise, wild and free. The focus is on how we feel, not how we look.

Welcome to your yoga class…the one where your body and spirit dictate your expression. My job is to support your safety, not to push you into “perfect” poses. Your job is to come as you are. We work together to welcome sacred space, breathe deeply and let go, and explore movement as a metaphor for life!
