Join us in sacred circle to experience gentle mindful movement, journaling, ritual and supportive conversation in observance of an important day on the Wheel of the Year.
Autumn Equinox, also known as Mabon, celebrates the second harvest. It is a time of year when light and shadow are of equal length, and the darker time of year is just around the bend. This is a time to honor our reciprocal relationship with nature and each other, to celebrate abundance, and to steep into the powerful energy of gratitude.
