Sunset Solstice Walk + Movement

As part of Walk for the (Highline) Canal Week, celebrate Summer Solstice with me on a sunset walk, exploring movement in nature. This FREE event will include some simple yoga (no mats necessary), mindful movement with recorded music, and guided conversation while ending in a perfect place to catch the sunset on the Canal.
