Full Moon Qoya: Trust Your Inner Wisdom
Friday, September 13
5:30 – 7:30 p.m. • Potluck to Follow
Studio B Evergreen

It’s that “voice in your head,” that knowing that doesn’t require thinking… that feeling. Do you rely on it? Take advantage of the night’s full moon energy to explore your relationship to trusting your inner wisdom through mindful movement in a supportive circle of women.

We’ll start out at the studio and class will include a short walk to a nearby park for a full moon ceremony.

Qoya (qoya.love) is based on the idea that through movement we remember. We remember that our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise: calling on the wisdom of yoga. Wild: the creative expression in dance. Free: expanding our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies through movement. Qoya is designed to feel how body movement can be a portal to notice how our perspective shifts from going through the motions to savoring life as sacred.

Everyone can do Qoya because there is absolutely no way to do it wrong. Movement can be gentle, vigorous or anything in between–you choose! Anyone who wants to support their feminine energy is welcome.

Class will be followed by a potluck gathering on the patio. Bring an appetizer or sweet treat to share. It is helpful for us to know how many are attending, so, if possible, please sign up using the button below.
