Saturday, April 10
10:30 a.m.-noon MDT
on Zoom
The circles of women around us weave invisible nets of love that carry us when we’re weak and sing with us when we are strong. ~ SARK. A supportive circle of women provides essential nourishment and energy, especially as we evolve into a time on earth that demands a feminine paradigm of leadership. What is your relationship to the Power of Sisterhood? Join me Saturday, April 10, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. MDT for Qoya, and allow breath, movement and the wisdom of your body help you explore!
Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also reference the types of movement practiced in a Qoya class–
Wise: the wisdom of linking movement with breath
Wild: the expression of free dance
Free: expanding your capacity to enjoy your body through pleasurable movement
All levels welcome and no experience necessary. There’s no way to do Qoya wrong. The way you know you’re doing it right is when it feels true to you. Qoya also offers the invitation to connect with other women as we share in a safe and sacred space.
Join us on Zoom to experience movement as medicine and as a connector. Donation-based offering– $20 suggested, but please pay only what you can.
