Play is a powerful practice. It helps us remember our joy and light, opens up portals of creativity, and moves us out of the head and into the heart. What is your relationship to play? Allow movement and community to help you explore!
Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also reference the types of movement practiced in a Qoya class:
Wise: the wisdom of yoga
Wild: the expression of free dance
Free: expanding your capacity to enjoy your body through pleasurable movement
All levels welcome and no experience necessary. There’s no way to do Qoya wrong. The way you know you’re doing it right is when it feels good.
