Qoya on Zoom: Resilient
Saturday, May 8
10:30 a.m. – noon

If your soul craves a movement experience that’s filled with intention, truth and play–one that leaves you enlivened rather than depleted, join us for Qoya!

Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also reference the types of movement practiced in a Qoya class–

Wise: the wisdom of linking movement with breath

Wild: the creative expression of free dance

Free: expanding your capacity to enjoy your body through pleasurable movement

This month, you are invited to move with your relationship to reslience, to explore what being resilient means to you. There’s no way to do Qoya wrong. The way you know you’re doing it right is when it feels true.

Qoya is a portal to your inner knowing, medicine for the soul, and it offers the invitation to connect with other women in a safe and sacred space.

All ages and fitness levels welcome and no experience necessary.

He was either delivering a message to me from the other side about a lesson he didn’t really learn while he was alive, or it was the Universe speaking.  Either way, I got it. Relationships are like garden hoses. You can cuss and fight to try to shove them into the perfect
