No matter the situation, we have the freedom to choose our response to it. We always have the freedom to choose love. What is your relationship to choosing love? Join me Saturday, February 13, 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. MST for Qoya, and allow breath, movement and the wisdom of your body help you explore!

Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also reference the types of movement practiced in a Qoya class–

Wise: the wisdom of yoga

Wild: the expression of free dance

Free: expanding your capacity to enjoy your body through pleasurable movement

All levels welcome and no experience necessary. There’s no way to do Qoya wrong. The way you know you’re doing it right is when it feels good.

Join us on Zoom to experience movement as medicine and as a connector. Donation-based offering– $20 suggested, but please pay only what you can.

A good time for healing

Last Saturday’s full moon created an energy for nourishment and healing. I’m still sitting in that vibration like a little seed soaking up sustenance so that I may soon spring forth toward the light.  The last year has been rough for most of us. We’ve done a lot of letting go. We’ve seen a lot of shadows. Faced a lot of fear. Now is a good time for healing. Sometimes others have the better words to express how I am feeling, and that is the case this week. Enjoy this powerful poem. I think I’m starting to see a glimmer.
