Join us for this one time outdoor Nia-Qoya fusion class, co-taught by Robin List (Nia Black Belt), Jennifer Reeve (Qoya Instructor) and Sandra Mighell (Nia Black Belt Instructor! Class will be 1.5 hours.
Experience your essence as Wise, Wild and Free through Qoya and explore the Joy of Movement with Nia! Focus of the class will be Finding your Flow.
Class is being offered by free will donation ($5-$15 suggested, or come free if you are experiencing financial hardship). Please bring a blanket for the end of class, sunscreen and bug spray, and a water bottle.
