Full Moon Meditation & Movement Ritual
Wednesday, May 6
Offered via Zoom
Join us for a Full Moon Zoom Meditation and Movement Practice to connect with the natural cycles of the Earth, rediscover our deep and sacred connection with Nature, and reflect on the wisdom of May’s Full Flower Moon.
May’s Full Flower Super Moon invites us to experience the fertility of new life. As the seeds germinating in darkness begin to trust and reach for the warmth of the Sun, we also begin to unfurl and explore what new life means to us.
This group meditation followed by guided movement & dance practice will open us up to receive the wisdom of our Sacred Source. What new beginning is being birthed in us?
As the closest astronomical body to earth, the moon has a profound effect on us. It represents the feminine, emotional, creative and nurturing aspects of our lives. During full moon time, everything is amplified, providing an excellent opportunity to release what you no longer need in your life and invite in what you want to manifest.
