Qoya: The Power of Sisterhood
Saturday, May 2, 10:30-noon MDT
Optional social gathering afterward
Offered via Zoom
Join me for an online Qoya class Saturday, May 2, 10:30-noon MDT. We’ll explore The Power of Sisterhood with breath, movement, free dance and sharing.
Quarantine time has showed me with great clarity how a supportive circle of women provides essential nourishment, support and energy. I believe sisterhood circles are also vital to the collective as we evolve into a time on earth that demands a feminine paradigm of leadership. What is your relationship to the Power of Sisterhood?
Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence as women is wise, wild and free. We reclaim our capacity to access our inner wisdom, express ourselves authentically, and practice being true to ourselves in the midst of life’s blessings and challenges.
The very best thing about Qoya is that there is no way to do it wrong, and the way you know you are doing it right is that it feels right to you!
Come experience movement as medicine and as a connector. Donation-based offering–please pay what you can. If you need the class to be free at this time, I am more than willing to pay it forward. Please contact me directly.
Class will be 10:30 – noon MDT
Optional Zoom social gathering to follow at 12:15
Donation offering: Suggested $15 or pay what you can
