Qoya: Faces of the Mother Goddess
Mindful Movement & Community
Friday, May 10 • 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Studio B Evergreen
The mother goddess is a representation of the Divine Feminine and throughout time, there have been many, representing nature, motherhood, fertility, creation and even destruction. What does the idea of the mother goddess mean for you at this time in your life? Join us for Qoya, Women’s Mindful Movement, where we will use movement to explore our relationship to the many faces of the mother archetype.
Qoya offers the opportunity to embody your spirit through movement–your way. It is a place to practice letting go of the mental narrative and to take some time to feel deeply into your embodied truth. Qoya helps us remember that our essence is wise, wild and free.
The best thing about Qoya is that there is no way to do it wrong! Check it out here.
Qoya also offers us an opportunity to connect with a supportive circle of women, and we extend the connection after class. This month, we will join together in powerful ritual and then enjoy potluck snacks (bring something to share). Invite your friends and make it a mindful and fulfilling girls’ night out!
Cost: $18 drop -in or use your Studio B class pass.
