June 27 Qoya via Zoom

Qoya: Root to Rise • Saturday, June 27 • 10:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. • via Zoom

We’re being called to rise, to co-create a world that includes and honors all beings. But the path forward is not easy. What will you root into that will provide the firm foundation you need to rise to your greatest potential?

Join me for Qoya via Zoom to dance your relationship to rooting to rise. We’ll move our bodies, access our intuition and connect with a heart-centered circle of women.

Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence as women is wise, wild and free. We reclaim our capacity to access our inner wisdom, express ourselves authentically, and practice being true to ourselves in the midst of life’s blessings and challenges.

The very best thing about Qoya is that there is no way to do it wrong, and the way you know you are doing it right is that it feels right to you!

Come experience movement as medicine and as a connector. Donation-based offering– $15 suggested, but please pay what you can. Register here through Eventbrite. You will receive the Zoom link via email.
