Qoya & Community: Trust Your Transformation
Friday, July 12 • 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Studio B Evergreen
We are constantly in a state of transformation. Sometimes we transform slowly and almost imperceptibly. At other times, something abrupt, and even unwelcome, can be the impetus for personal growth. However transformation appears in our lives, can we trust the process? Explore your relationship to trusting transformation at Qoya, Friday, July 12 at Studio B.
Qoya (qoya.love) is based on the idea that through movement, we remember our essence is wise, wild and free. We remember how to trust our body as our sacred guide, embody our soul, and live a life aligned with our truth by following our intuition. Wise, wild and free mirror the movement forms we practice: wise–the wisdom of yoga, wild–the creative expression in dance, and free–the freedom to enjoy our bodies through moving in our own way.
You don’t need any experience to participate. You don’t need an “in-shape” body, and you don’t need to know how to dance or practice yoga. There is simply no way to do Qoya wrong!
This class is open to all who want to support their feminine energy.
One of my very favorite things about Qoya is the amazing, open-hearted people it attracts. That’s why after each monthly Qoya class, I host a gathering allowing us to share conversation over food and drink. Please join us outside on the patio, and bring a snack to share. I will provide wine as well as non-alcoholic drinks and dishes/utensils.
It is very helpful to me if you pre-register using the link below. Or, just shoot me an email to let me know you are coming. I can’t wait to be in community with you on July 12!
